Background:
I moved to San Diego in November 2022 to work for Project Farma and have been with the company since then. During my time with PF, I have supported a variety of projects in several regions (California, Colorado, Indiana), with the majority of my support being with Manufacturing systems. I also have experience with CSV, decommissioning, QC systems, and general document drafting. Currently, I am at Novartis RLT in Carlsbad working as an equipment lead and providing execution support for the production line.

What excites you about being a mentor?
What excites me most is the opportunity to help others grow, gain confidence, and navigate the many challenges in life. My mentors have been critical to my growth thus far, and I hope to be able to do the same for someone else.

Willingness/eagerness to learn and positive mindset! I think both are extremely important when talking about growth in both our professional and personal lives.

Hobbies/Fun Facts:
I have 2 cats, Wilson and Opie, and hope to get a dog in the near future. I like to read (love a good thriller or fantasy) and to watch sports and to cook/bake. I also love to explore San Diego and to spend my time on the many beaches here.
