Background:
I have been with Project Farma since August 2021. During this time, I have travelled to and supported multiple clients across the east and west coast in the capacity of a CQV engineer / workstream lead, Quality Assurance engineer, and Quality Control associate. I have led and supported several projects including implementation of Quality / Asset Management Systems, FDA Audit Remediations, Equipment Procurement, and technical writing for method qualifications, EMPQs, and Cleaning validation programs. I am also a PMI Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) which has helped me thrive at leadership roles in PF.

What excites you about being a mentor?
For me, the most exciting part about being a mentor is being able to help team members recognize and nurture their strengths and grow into leaders. I love helping mentees navigate through tricky situations because chances are that I have been in the same spot, so to be able to leverage my experience in a positive way brings me immense satisfaction!

What are you looking for in a mentee?
I am looking for my mentee to be excited, dedicated, and willing to seek out opportunities to advance in their careers. Mentorship is a two -way street so I would love for my mentee to keep me on my toes, ask the right questions, and be open to positive feedback and constructive criticism!

Hobbies/Fun Facts:
I have a tabby cat called Hugo and I love rollerblading, hiking, and listening to true-crime podcasts. I also watch a lot of Formula 1 and Tennis!
