Background:
27 Year Navy Veteran with 12 years enlisted time as a Nuclear Mechanic and 15 years as a Submarine Officer. Transitioned into consulting career, starting with management consulting in the utility industry. Subsequently moved supporting new construction in the data center industry, followed by Program and Project Management consulting in Life Sciences. Transitioned back to the data center industry as a global executive managing cross functional teams in the construction and commissioning of data centers and other mission critical facilities. Made the move back into Life Sciences leading and managing teams delivering pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities and enabling strategic growth.

What excites you about being a mentor?
Why I desire to be a mentor: I have vast experience with mentorship and feel my technical and hands on experience, combined with my strategic leadership and comprehensive understanding of managing high performing teams allows me the opportunity to pass on lessons learned and great methods to future leaders.

What are you looking for in a mentee?
Driven, honest with themselves, and able to absorb and sythensize information and apply principals relevant to their goals and objectives

Hobbies/Fun Facts:
I have played football at the north pole. I love camping (anything outdoors), music, and working out. My dog is lazy and quite the opposite.
