Though I have only been on three projects, I have been exposed to and / or lead a variety of technical operations such as CQV document drafting, QC methods, and EMPQ. I have also begun to get involved with the project management side of my current project as well where I am responsible for scheduling, resource management, and client relationships.

What excites you about being a mentor?
I take a great deal of pride when I am able to teach others the skills that I have gained over the years, and seeing them succeed and grow as a professional and as an individual. I believe that my mentees success is my success, as well as the company’s. As a mentor, I also wish to have an open dialogue with others and be able to walk through any accomplishments and future goals, but also be there when a team member needs someone to listen and give advice. I believe that this open and honest dialogue between mentor and mentee is what allows both parties to grow for the better.

What are you looking for in a mentee?
I am looking for team members who wish to get career, project, and professional advice. I want to be able to give any insights and information that I may have to help someone and I am looking for those who are committed to their personal and professional growth. I wish for team members to ask questions, be self-aware, take feedback, and most importantly be honest so that I may be able to mentor as effectively as possible.
