Background:
After graduating college I started working for a simple molecule CDMO startup as a Manufacturing Engineer and was exposed to complex manufacturing processes and contributed to the process development of those products. I have been with PF since August 2022 and worked remotely for a project in Boston before settling down in Philadelphia where I support CBM. I have been apart of/led CQV projects for Testing and Analytical Services Laboratories as well as Cell Therapy Manufacturing Suites. I currently support CBM in a technical writing role where I leverage my Manufacturing Engineering experience to generate batch records for Viral Vector Manufacturing Processes.

What excites you about being a mentor?
I am excited to contribute to the growth of my mentee by discussing and listening to their goals and aspirations (both in life and at work!) and defining what success is to them and giving them a holistic approach achieve it. I also look forward to seeing challenges my mentee faces and being able to provide them the guidance I wish I had when going through similar challenges. I hope seeing my mentee grow will provide me with a new perspective on my own experiences and facilitate my growth as well.

I am looking for someone who is self-motivated and excited to face new challenges with a positive attitude. Success and happiness in anyone’s role can be related to how they look at their current position. I want to help my mentee make the most of what they do, and I ask in return that they share the same enthusiasm for their own growth.

Hobbies/Fun Facts:
When I’m not at work, I am typically either reading fantasy books or playing my guitar. I also go to small indie concerts in Philadelphia and love going out and exploring new places with my friends on the weekends. I am also an avid Premier League Fan and support Chelsea.
