Market: Raleigh-Durham
Region: Southeast

Education:
BS in Chemical Engineering and Master’s in Engineering Management at Case Western Reserve University

Background:
Prior to joining PF, I worked in the energy industry and prototyping. I switched over to the Pharma industry in 2019,  at first working in a QC role with a biochemical reagent supplier in RTP and then joining PF in 2021. During my time with PF I’ve worked on a wide array of projects and supported several regions (including California, Colorado, Indiana, and NC). The projects I’ve worked on range from CQV program development and strategy, quality management program implementation, equipment and instrumentation qualification, maintenance program development, and process validation. Most recently, I moved to Charlotte, NC to support the logistics team at the new Eli Lilly facility in Concord – our team is currently working with the process and automation teams to qualify the warehouse equipment.

What excites you about being a mentor?
My mentors and managers at PF had a big positive impact on my experience at PF and finding my place within the company. I’m excited to support new team members in their personal and professional development and help them succeed at whatever project they’re supporting.

What are you looking for in a mentee?
I’m looking for my mentee so be someone who’s willing to provide feedback as much as they’re willing to receive it so we can both make the most out of this opportunity, and who wants to build a mentor-mentee relationship based on open communication and honesty. While I care about my mentee excelling on their current role, I also look for someone who’s looking at their careers long term and who are willing to discuss the challenges they’re facing.

Hobbies/Fun Facts:
I love live music and I play the guitar! In my free time I like to read (love a good historical fiction book or fantasy) and most recently I’ve been spending a lot of my weekends discovering Charlotte.
