What excites you about being a mentor?
Mentorship offers a wonderful opportunity for both parties to learn from each other. I am excited to get to know my mentees, hear their experiences and goals and be there to support them as they navigate their professional journey. I am excited to share my experiences and lessons learned with my mentees to help shape their journey.

What are you looking for in a mentee?
A good mentee is one who is curious, asks questions and is open to receiving feedback. Mentees who are committed to the process will gain valuable insights that will contribute to success in their professional journey.
