Market: Boston
Region: Northeast

Education:
B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Boston University

Background:
I have worked in Biotech for the past 10 years, with experience in CQV, Validation Programs, Process Engineering, Quality Systems, and Project Management at a couple Cell Therapies companies prior to joining PF. The highlights of my career have been supporting two first of kind cell therapies from BLA approval through commercialization and post-approval commitments. At PF I have been supporting Tech Transfers and Capital Projects in the Boston area.

What excites you about being a mentor?
I really enjoy teaching others and watching them grow throughout their careers. I want to help my mentee become the best version of themselves, both personally and professionally. I look forward to the opportunity for both of us to grow together and offer insights wherever I can.

What are you looking for in a mentee?
I’m looking for someone who sees the value in what this program has to offer and is willing to be proactive. I hope my mentee is curious, and is eager to learn and grow. Also, someone who is willing to accept feedback and talk through issues openly.

Hobbies/Fun Facts:
I am a big sports fan and root for the New York teams even though I have lived in Boston for 15 years. I enjoy being outdoors all year running, hiking, skiing, and ice skating. I like to cook and I’m always looking for a new food to try. I also love to learn new things in general, but I always look forward to learning more about science and medicine.
